The two children will attend different schools as the 10 year old is in primary school, and the 14 year old is in secondary school. for the 10 year old have a look at stanton school (15 minute drive to cranfield university) and for the 14 year old look at stantonbury school. when are the children's birthdays? that will determine what school year they go into.

The older child will be in gcse classes so will need continuity of studies if they aren't here for 2 years, if he's only here for a semester I'm not sure it is in the child's interest (they are missing out at their normal school and there's lots of different boards so it's not necessarily transferable) or whether a school would have places as they are only temporarily in the country.

The parent will be in UK since October 2019 to March 2020 and he wants to take the wife and his two kids with him if the kids can join a school there. He can pay a private school as well but the issue is that they can take just two terms (arriving late in october)ot just one term arriving in January. The problem is that all the schools I have contacted asked to be for one year not for the two terms. They will come back to their normal school which is an IB one in Bogota, "The English School", and will continue with their normal studies.

Thatā€™s sounds very disruptive for the 14 year old. Canā€™t they board in the country they are currently in?

Or better his wife and kids stay behind, I just donā€™t think itā€™s fair or practical for the older child.
