I'm back bleeding again after 10 months

My period was like a clockwork. It never failed to disappoint me. Suddenly it stopped and stopped for 10 months. I told my mom and she told me that my grandma was like that at age 35 after her last baby. However, my mom and her sister had to go through hell with her menopause. The roller coaster was wicked!
So when suddenly my period stopped, I thought, this is beautiful. No more monthly plug! Yay! Mild hot flashes, annoying but I'm good with it. And a bit of weight gain... I'm voluptuous now! No bitchiness? I'm blessed!
Now? This damn thing is starting again! My boobs are tender to the point of painful and I'm bleeding like before my uterine ablation. My FSH is 49.5. HELP!

Yes I'm 51 and I had no period for 6 months.
Now they are back with a vengeance.
Every three weeks.
Worse PMT than I ever had in my life.
Sore breasts.hot night sweats. Sensitive teeth etc etc etc.
