I'm 45 and over last 6 months my periods have been a lot heavier and have started to be further apart. Last period was 40 days which is unheard of I'm usually 28 days. Over the past year my pmt has been horrendous,
My moods have been up and DOWN feel awful. I can feel fine one day and then feel awful the next. Is this perimenopause? If it is what can I do about my awful awful moods? I don't get hot flushes but my heart starts racing sometimes for no apparent reason and I feel very foggy headed quite regularly. Help!
