Ok tmi alert but I'm 51 and not had a period for over a year and have night sweats and sleep badly. Can put up with this but I'm finding sex so painful. The pain is inside and I then bleed slightly. I had a smear a few mths ago and all was ok. It is making me dread PIV sex. I've tried over the counter creams but they are not working.
