Can any of you lovely ladies tell me what you have tried and has worked?

I'm 38, and have been feeling more and more murderous with each period and with my moods being more negative, intense and for longer. It's gotten bad!

Before I go to my gp I was thinking of adding some supplements to my diet and cutting put sugar and some diary. I do eat pretty well and exercise regularly.

I take already- iron, b5.

Was reading up and thinking of
Black cohosh
Sage
Evening primrose?

I and my family! Would really appreciate your help! Thanks Flowers

There is a similar thread about 4 posts down from yours- asking about supplements.

I left a link yesterday to the RCOG info on what works and what doesn't.

p.s If you have the full meno before 40 that is classed as an early menopause and you ought to be treated with HRT for at least 10 years- lots of info online about this.

There is also lots of information on alternatives to HRT.

Magnesium and synerprotein are two great vitamins
