Keto WOE - Planning / Measuring / Weighing/ Macros - Complicated?

I am keen to start the Keto WOE, not least because of the incredible results I've seen people are achieving without exercise. My limited options for exercising due to disability mean that I have several stones I would like to shift, and this looks like it might actually be manageable regardless.

I am struggling to get my head round everything that's involved, whether that's because I have brain damage I don't know. What I'd really like is someone to work it all out for me and leave the stuff set out ready for each meal. Possible, I know if you can afford it, but another concern I have with it is my currently very limited finances.

I have other concerns about my unsuitability physically fearing high dairy will be too problematic with my sinus trouble, but really need to get on and try it to establish whether they need be of concern or not.

I feel like I want to find someone with a similar build / desired weight loss and just copy what they eat to the letter. I'd still have the added pain of weighing etc, but at least the planning would be done. Just doesn't feel fair to rely on someone else doing all the working out.

I've spent weeks and weeks looking at Keto fb pages, and trying to get my head round it, and I really just need to get on and give it a go, then set up a page of daily eating/menus for Keto, as there is for SW on here :D

Anybody else on Keto and managing successfully having had similar concerns at the outset?

I'm just sticking to some simple rules:

No milk - use hemp or almond milk. Cows milk is quite high in carbs.

You can have double cream and full fat cream cheese.

The only fruit you can have are small amounts of berries.

You can eat meat and fish.

Full fat greek yoghurt is okay.

Xylitol can be used as a sweetener.

Coconut and almond flour are okay. You can use these to make faux carby things like pancakes.

Hard cheeses are preferable.

Eggs are okay.

Vegetables should be of the type that grow above ground.

Go onto youtube and follow Dr Berg's videos and there's lots of low carb recipes there too.

I'm doing keto! I've googled a load of planners and basically found it's meat and veg for dinner, salad for lunch. For breakfast I prep blueberry muffins made with almond flour or have fruit and yoghurt (not banana as high carb fruit)

Some of my favorite meals are:
Chicken with porcini mushroom, cream and veg stock sauce and spinach (I make a huge plate of this, so good.)
Pulled pork sliders with mozzarella dough (google fathead dough - I make the microwave version, so easy and tasty)
Chicken bacon and avacado salad with ranch dressing
Salmon in a bbq rub with brocoli and cheese fritters
Courgetti with prawns and plum tomatoes

I snack on cucumber by the bucket load, a couple squares of dark chocolate to help my sweet tooth, vanilla ice cream for puddings, and i slice Cheddar and wrap it in parma ham or speck. And obviously the fruit bowl is always filled.

Honestly, you'll find a lot of cheese in your diet and I recommend buying almond flour for baking.

My PT also said to me that if I find I'm craving carbs, to have one meal with carbs every 3 days but make sure it's a good carb like whole grain rice or a couple slices of wholemeal toast. Also, do try to keep your calories low also (for me it's 350 a meal with 120 snack but that's all worked out professionally for my body)
