Hi, I've made some cauliflower rice ( ie I grated a cauliflower) and used some of it today and have put the rest in the freezer, as per the recipe. The recipe says stir fry for 5-8 minutes. It doesn't say if I need to defrost the other portions before I eat them. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks.
