Maintenance diet

No weight to lose but am interested in cutting carbs for general health.
Would anyone like to post examples of a day to day, week to week low carb diet please or link to one.

The best way I think of maintaining is calorie counting and then you are able to assess any losses or gains from the calories your consuming and adjust if you need to.

I would start with around 1500 calories to begin with and go from there. You could even use MyFitnessPal to track what your having or keep a note in a diary or notebook.
