Ok so Thursday night, I had chicken thighs with sweet potato masher and asparagus( fried in olive oil with garlic etc)

Friday was
B: bacon, tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach and eggs roasted in the oven with some ghee.
L: tuna steak with cauliflower mash and runner beans,
D: spag bol made with 20per cent fat beef mince, chicken livers, carrot, courgette etc, and courgetti instead of spaghetti.

Made a choc mousse with banana, avacado, cacao powder, honey and lemon juice. Only had a tiny bit as it was very rich.

Today I have same breakfast as yesterday and for lunch I had the spag bol again.

I'm not following any particular plan and I know sweet potatoes aren't for every day...

But is this a good start? I have lots to lose(3 stone) and I'm not interested in doing the bootcamp I'm just planning on eating high fat low carb. I'm already a couple of pound lighter on the scales this morning.

I'm not feeling hungry in between meals and drinking lots of water. Won't be doing those ketostix just want to see some results, not necessarily rapid ones am happy to take it slow. Smile

I know you're not doing Bootcamp, so won't apply those rules - but nevertheless, I think you'd be better off leaving out the sweet potato and carrots - and definitely the honey.
