So I have 2 stone to lose. Possibly a little more depending how i get on. I had my twins 5 weeks ago and now ready to get back to how i was before. I'm thinking gym 3 times a week and cutting out the carbs. Any advice? How soon do you think is possible to lose this 2 stone by? I know obviously my body isn't going to spring back to the exact shape as before but i'm aiming for 2lbs a week? Is that possible?
