So, I have started a LCHF diet and so far it is going well except for the yoghurt issue. It gives me the rage that it is so incredibly hard to find full fat yoghurt in individual portions for breakfast!
That point aside, I am using double cream to up the fat content by way of compromise but I am a little unsure how many tablespoons I need to add. At the moment I am having Fage Total 0% (170g pot) with 2 tablespoons of double cream stirred in which gives me a total of 14.3g of fat and 7.3g of carb. Is this ok?
