Who knows?
Sorry if that sounds flippant, but it depends on so many factors!
First thing to say, though, is that if you're on Bootcamp we don't count carbs and calories.
We don't count carbs because I wanted to make Bootcamp as easy as possible to follow.
And, more importantly perhaps, everyone tolerates carbs differently. Some people find that they have to keep them very low to be able to lose weight, others can include more in their diet before they start to gain.
As a general rule of thumb, Dr John Briffa says no more than 100g carbs per day, and to aim for no more than 30g carbs per meal. However I suspect that's really for maintenance, more than weight loss.
If you've eaten 57g carbs in a day, that doesn't sound too bad - but I know nothing about your overall situation - how tall are you, how much do you weigh, and also - what form were those carbs in? Again, if you're following Bootcamp, you should be getting the carbs mainly from vegetables and salad.
And we only really start to take account of calories as we get nearer to our target weight. If you follow Bootcamp rules, and eat sensible portion sizes, then it doesn't matter about the calories.
Does this help? If not, post a bit more about you and what you're trying to achieve!
