Apologies if this has already been covered. I am hoping to start the Bootcamp on the 22nd, and have been low carbing for the last couple of months.
I can't see what the situation is on Quorn products? I have noticed that the sausages are quite high carb so I tend to have the chicken, ham and mince products. They work well and are quick to cook etc but they are obviously processed so does that mean they are off the list?
If so, what do I have apart from eggs and cheese for protein?!
And while I'm on- I have been making myself protein shakes with a rice protein powder (80% protein)almond milk and peanut butter. Is that allowed?
Going on holiday with my body fascist DM in August so got 17 lbs to lose!
TIA

Check the carb content of the protein shakes - if they're made with rice powder they could be quite carby.

Too much Quorn isn't good, as it is a processed food. Look out for Rose Elliot's books, as she has written a low carb plan, and also a recipe book to go with it.

Tofu is very low carb. It is very hard doing low carb as a veggie as things like lentils, chick peas etc are high carb. Greek yoghurt too has good protein and low carb in small quantities
