Hoping a bootcamper is up at this time ...
I've been trying to have a low carb diet for the last week or so, and for the past 3 nights, have woken up really early (or the middle of the night) - ie 4.30am one night, then 3 am the next night , then a lie in this morning at 5.15am.
When I wake up, I feel full of beans and sort of restless and no way can go back to sleep. Going to bed at around 10pm.
I feel okay though - all things considered - and am not particularly hungry etc - just wondered if this is a side effect of low carbing?

Energy surge in the mornings - is this normal?
