I've been doing 5:2 for several months now. I don't need to lose any weight but another couple of pounds would be good.
I've been reading about low carbing and it makes a lot of sense to me but I'm not sure of a few things.
- would I have to do the bootcamp to start low carbing in order to make my body start using fat for fuel even though I'm already at a healthy weight.
- would I still be able to do 5:2 while doing bootcamp or would i have to wait until after bootcamp to start again?
- How long is the actual bootcamp? from what I can gather it's 2 weeks of being very strict then gradually upping carbs until you find out what you can tolerate without gaining, is this right?
