Keep on at them and write to your MP.

I had nothing but stress and grief, with letters and telephone calls being ignored while XP essentially did what he wanted, refusing to pay me anything.

So, I contacted my MP, I sent on copies of all letters and lo and behold, things started to move.

For the past two months I have been getting updates evey two weeks and now, finally...my XP has paid all the arrears he owes me.

I got 50 quid compensation for messing my case up - it was locked or something.

Still, you can't get blood out of a stone - I'm owed 2,500 which they're taking him to court for, but if he hasn't got anything, they can't get me much can they!

Very true Dolly of course - I am not getting any more as he isn't working or claiming benfits.

Mind you, he said he had nothing to pay me with but he found the money from somewhere when they threatened him with legal action!
