I first time mama with a 7 month old beautiful baby girl,
My husband is in the military but for 4 months of the year he plays rugby for them... which isn't his official job.
He goes away from Monday's to fridays and we only have time as a family at weekends... which is also now limited as I have decided to go back to work part time...
his hobby is also 'playing rugby' which takes up an entire Saturday and I work sundays so we have NO time together... I feel like he makes no effort towards me or towards our little girl and has struggled since her birth to bond.
I wanted to go back to work so at least one of the days he's home he is able to have her to himself but he seems to always struggle... I don't know what I'm doing in my relationship with him currently as I genuinely feel like a single parent providing for my daughter and I with no financial or emotional support from him.,.
I don't know what to do anymore... at the moment I'm just cruising through this marriage and he doesn't seem to want to change...
does it get better?
I feel like he enjoys the 'single life' and doesn't want to make any effort... I've mentioned counselling and he has refused multiple times...
what should I do?
Any suggestion would be gratefully appreciated
