Okay so some time ago I said no to my ex about collecting the children from his contact as he has been brining them home for the last 5 years .
My son has problems with his emotions and had an episode with school so I went in and asked if there was anything we could do to help him . they mentioned healthy minds , so off I went to the doctors to get him a referral .
referral got , wait for the phone call. All this time my head is full of cotton wool and I forget to tell the ex.
So I do the referral its rejected I get a letter. I read the letter and complain about he process and the content of the letter.

Meet with the mental health nurse who explains the letter and the recommendation of counselling for my son.

Then I sort counselling.

Through this I've mentioned to the ex about cahms and he gets all angry stating I should have involved him as its a big decision in his life. In hindsight I should have told him but I was worried about my son.
So we have had the first counselling appointment ( ex is still stating he doesn't need it )
So I get a 5 page solicitors letter off him putting things down trying to micro manage my parenting.

One big issue is his parental responsibility and the other collecting on Thursdays

On this letter and the last two emails he has threatened in not so many words he is going for custody. i.e. "the children currently live with you " and he will go for residency of the children are in danger.

I'm fed up of this. sorry if this seems like im deranged . I probley am slightly at the moment

Do you have a solicitor or can you arrange to see one for some initial advice over the content of the emails and letters?

I've done this. I'm capable of answering them myself. However I don't take veiled threats kindly.
