Moving advice - near Warwick

Hi all, me and DH are looking to move house somewhere in the Warwick area, commutable to Birmingham. Ideally something a bit rural but we don't know the area too well so looking for some recommendations.

Hampton Magna looks ideal for the location being close to the railway station. The house prices look a little lower than other villages in the area so I'm wondering if anyone knows the area well, is there is a downside? Is it a nice village, suitable for a young family? Are there any other nice villages near by?
