Opinions on areas for relocation needed please : Bellway development Otham (and other areas)

Hi All,

Me my partner and son are thinking of relocating to the Maidstone area as we want to Move of London. We have some family in the Maidstone area but do not know too much about the different places. We do not want to be right in the town centre and prefer some of the towns /villages on outskirts.

We fell in love with a house in the otham Bellway development - however we’re not 100% sure about The area as we drove near some interesting parts to get there !

Does anyone know the area and development? Any thoughts? Would love some honest opinions from someone who knows they area or who even lives there??!

Also would be I interested in any other Areas to look at or avoid!
