Thank you very much to those who shared their views in our recent Transforming Maternity Services Together consultation.

More than 2,400 people took part in the consultation, including 1800 survey responses and 600+ face-to-face discussions. We are now collating the feedback, which will be independently analysed, and the results will used to help the Governing Bodies of Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire CCGs make a final decision in the summer 2019.


Tell us how local health services could be better

In January 2019, the NHS published its Long Term Plan, which sets out key priorities and ambitions for the service over the next ten years. The plan aims to make sure the NHS is fit for the future, giving everyone the best start in life, delivering world-class care for major health problems such as cancer and mental health, and helping people to age well.

Healthwatch England has launched the ‘What would you do?’ campaign, encouraging people to have their say about the Long Term Plan and what changes they would like to see in their local community.
