Hello, Maddy from the Huguenot Museum here. Just wanted to let you know about the family activities we have going on through the summer holidays. We're delighted to have artist, Xtina Lamb lead two days of workshops with us. On Friday, 3rd August running from 11:45am-4:00pm we have a fantastic opportunity where children from a range of ages can create a kaleidoscope, and fill it with colourful 'treasure'. On the following day, Saturday 4th August from 11:45am-4:00pm, you can make your own wax seal inspired by Huguenot examples, and use it to seal a secret letter written with a quill pen. Both activities will help develop your child's creative and writing skills, as well as providing them with a fun day out. Xtina's experience and talent will mean that your children will receive incredible guidance throughout their visit. On both days, booking is not necessary, and you can drop in whenever.
