Holtspur Beaconsfield

Hello - is anyone able to tell me what Holtspur in Beaconsfield is like please? I have heard it is the poorer side of town further away from the station. Any further information and opinions would be appreciated! Thank you

I don't know if this is too late, but I live in Beaconsfield and would highly recommend Holtspur. It has a lovely community feel and, whilst it is in the cheaper end of town, it is very accessible and has seen good property price increases in recent years as improvements to the area and local properties are made.
