Advice sought - best schools for dyslexia support

Hello
I'm looking to move my DD (age 9). She has dyslexia however she is very bright and the schools attitude is that as she is above average she does not need any help - even though she struggled with 5 different sounds. There is at least 2 years between her maths level and her reading level. I am looking for great schools to help with dyslexia and who public or private - anyone got any useful experience to share? We already do lots at home with her and are thinking about a tutor but its support at school/in the classroom I'm keen to find out about. thanks

My nephews both attend George Watson’s and get great support. Their parents also looked at Stewart Mevilles and were impressed too by their set up.

Groovee thanks for that. Any others? I'm not sure how she would get on at a big school so looking at all options.

My experience is a little out of date but it may still apply. George Watsons had/has an international reputation for supporting pupils will dyslexia and other learning disabilities. It may be a big school but that is because it is all on the same campus. They have a reputation for dealing with each child as an individual. It may be worthwhile going for a visit and seeing what they can offer.
