Hi everyone, I'm a local Clinical Psychologist and new mum and I have set up Mind, Body and Baby to empower new parents at each stage of the journey through pregnancy and into parenthood. I offer hypnobirthing classes, pre and post natal support groups, wellbeing workshops and individual psychological therapy.


I am now taking bookings for my March hypnobirthing courses which will take place in central Northwood. Hypnobirthing classes with me are about more than relaxation. They are about you and your birth partner understanding how your body works during pregnancy and birth so that you can remain in control, calm and positive during your birth. We also practice mindfulness, hypnosis and relaxation techniques that help get your body and mind in the best possible shape for the comfortable and empowering birth you deserve.
