Pre & Post Natal Exercise

Hi all,

This seems like a cheeky way to offer my services but hopefully this may be of interest to some of you. I am a Personal Trainer based in Kent. I have my own Private Studio and have recently qualified in Pre & Post Natal Exercise. What I can offer is PT sessions completely based on you and your needs at the time through all 3 Trimesters. And post pregnancy, I can help you get back into shape and hopefully get you back to your pre baby shape and beyond. I know that this time is not always the time to think about exercising, but there are so many benefits to doing so. A lot of the common issues that occur during pregnancy can be helped with some kind of exercise regime. From restricting excessive weight gain, to help with labour and of course those Pelvic Floor Muscles. And post exercise is great for helping your body repair and get you back on track! If anyone is interested or wants to know more then I'd love to hear from you. I am starting this service as from January 2018, but spaces will be limited as I also have a full time job and a toddler to look after myself!
