Anyone in/near Perranuthnoe?

Hi everyone. Looking for some advice and insights into this area please. Anyone near here? We’ve seen a house we love and are thinking of making the move from Sussex with our two young DS. We are lucky that we don’t need to secure jobs and our finances are secure and plentiful. My ideal lifestyle is to live somewhere with a friendly community where I can get involved with things going on, pick the kids up from school and head down to the beach after school with local friends for picnics etc. Any advice very gratefully received xxx
