Me and my partner moved to crewe from Manchester last oct. I was pregnant at the time with my baby girl. We have a almost 4 year old girl and 8 month old. Been here a year and still i don't know any body and finding it difficult at the moment. I do work in manchester still but i need some connections in crewe or mummy groups. I will loose my mind! I don't live far from Crewe and work near Manchester! I'm only 10 weeks pregnant though so not part of any mummy groups yet! Sorry no help at all really!

There's a large fb group, Cheshire Cherubs Parenting Forum, that has listings/ads for local classes etc and general chat. And several sure start centres with various things on. Lots of franchise type classes for babies around Crewe and Nantwich

Regents Perk in Nantwich, Good Time Charlie's in Crewe, Playworld in Shavington, and Funsters in Crewe are all places where you'll find local mums of little ones. Plus kids sessions at Crewe and Nantwich libraries, if you hate baby classes Wink

Hello! Smile My name is Teresa and I am the Events Manager at The Neuromuscular Centre. We are a charity based in Winsford, and we support people with Muscular Dystrophy.

We have an exciting and varied calendar of annual events, but I thought I would share our upcoming event with you as it is a fun, family day out, and could be a great way to meet new people!

Our Easter Bunny Run is being held on Saturday 24th March at Blakemere Village, located in Sandiway, Northwich. It is a 5k route around the woodland part of Blakemere Village, and is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Every participant will receive a pair of flashing bunny ears, plus an Easter goody bag upon completion! Also, there will be an Easter Egg Hunt along the way.. hidden around the route there will be 100 paper eggs.. all which can be exchanged for real chocolate eggs at the finish line!

This is a family friendly fun run suitable for all ages, and the ability to run is not necessary! We encourage you to walk, jog or even hop in aid of NMC.

Registration is £7.50 for adults, child entry (under 16) is £5, and Under 5’s go free!

To register, please call 01606 861733 for a sponsor form to be sent to you, or visit //www.nmcentre.com. There is no minimum sponsorship required to take part.  Alternatively, please feel free to come along and sign up on the day!

‘Hop’ to see you there!
