Hello,
I am pregnant with our first baby and due mid April.
I have had a quick look online but cant find any local groups for mums to be/ new parents. It would be lovely to talk to other to be mummies and to see what there is to do in the area once baby arrives.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

The Facebook group ‘Walthamstow parents’ is very active. Good luck

Contact your local children's centre.
What part of Walthamstow are you in.

This is the current (I think!) children’s centre timetable and newsletter

in E17, all the parent networks operate through Facebook. Its a very positive and supportive community.

There's absolutely loads on in Walthamstow for parents/young children. Agree the best thing is to get on Facebook and join Walthamstow parents but if you really don't want to do that try the Lloyd park centre, the toy library, the limes (all have websites with opening times etc on). If you're planning on doing NCT book now because it fills up very quickly.

Came on to say what everyone else has really!
Walthamstow is a big area; there’s a fair bit on in the village, but if like me you’re at the other end... the Facebook group is really helpful, I find loads of stuff on there.

Hello! I'm pregnant with our first child and I am due in Feb. Would be nice to get in contact with some parents from Walthamstow. I live close to Blackhorse station. What about you zoers35?
