New Dynamic Yoga Class in Merton Park on Saturday mornings!

I would like to share my new Dynamic Yoga Class aimed at strong, happy mamas. This isn't a postnatal class but is aimed at keeping women strong, energised and balanced as we juggle children, jobs and life!

It is in a fantastic space, the sunlit hall upstairs at old Rutlishians Rugby Club on Poplar Road, SW19.

When: Saturday mornings from 8.45am to 9.45am (term time only)
Cost: £10 drop in or £40 for a 5 class pass

All levels welcome and suitable for beginners.
