Change of schools

Hi there mums,
I have two boys currently in year 5 &3. We have been offered a place in Hillingdon primary for next year. While I am not too keen on swapping schools for my older son I do want to change the younger one. However it has to be a sibling transfer....both or none.
I am really torn and looking for any kind of feedback on Hillingdon primary.
It is an outstanding school but what is the actual feeling?
Also anyone had any experience with swapping schools in year 6 with regards to children settling in etc. I need to decide within the week
