Volunteers needed for Outdoor Theatre Shows!

Hi!

I am looking for volunteers to assist with the running of four outdoor theatre shows in Fletcher Moss Gardens, Didsbury.

Our events are more informal than an indoor theatre show. There is a lot of audience interaction between the cast and the audience and to that end, it is important that the audience are put at ease from the moment we (the staff and volunteers) welcome them to the venue.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our events manager. No previous experience is required, and it is not necessary for you to do all the dates for all shows - please get in touch if you are interested in volunteering for just one weekend, or a few dates!
The Shows :

22 - 24 July | The Tempest

Friday 7.30pm - Saturday 2pm & 7.30pm - Sunday 6.30pm


29 - 31 July | Ratburger

Daily 6.30pm - Saturday Matinee 2pm


18 - 20 August | Murder On The Terrace

Daily 7.30pm - Saturday Matinee 2.30pm


26 - 28 August | the Importance Of Being Earnest

Friday 7.30pm - Saturday 2pm & 7.30pm - Sunday 6.30pm

Role includes :
EVENTS ASSISTANT – assisting the Event Manager: keeping the event area tidy, handing out ticket stickers

USHER – helping audience to find a seat, ensuring that people sit sensibly and within the marked area.
