Having a baby can be one of the most wonderful times of your life, but it can also be very stressful. The role of the midwife, obstetrician, health visitor and your GP can be vital in helping you achieve the kind of birth that you wish for in a safe and managed way.

Healthwatch Barnet wants to find out about the experiences of women who live in Barnet and have given birth in the last 2 years. It does not matter whether you gave birth to a third child at home or a first in a birthing centre. We are interested in all experiences, whether they be from the Royal Free Hospital or the Edgware Birthing Centre. We do not just want to hear about the things that you may have been disappointed or dissatisfied by, we also want to hear the great experiences. About the midwife who went the extra mile or the brilliant facilities.

Your opinions count and the experiences that we gather will be used to both recognise where things are going right and to improve things for the future.

This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes. Thank you for your participation.
