looking for ideal local site with: hall, secure outdoor area, kitchen & art studio

Any ideas? I'm looking to run a group & know of lots of places offering the above but I would also ideally like a dedicated art space, perhaps with kiln. Actually the 'hall' would not need to be a hall but just an extra room of reasonable size.
Any ideas locally where I could hire this space during school hours? Or could I hire this kind of space after school hours?
