Any food allergy / intolerance mums out there?

Hi all

I'm mum to 11 month old with allergies to dairy, soy, avocado and chickpeas. Still weaning....would be sogood to hear from other mums coping with all the challenges that food allergies bring!

I'm big into providing ds with clean, unprocessed food where possible. He had reflux and eczema when younger and through probiotics and cod liver oil (yuk I know!) he's in a much better place... X
