The Positive Birth ROCKS forum is a local group in Ealing providing the opportunity for mums, mums-to-be and birth workers (including midwives, doulas, hypnobirthing instructors, etc) to come together and discuss all things birth in a positive, supportive, and informative environment.
Positive Birth Groups are a place for ALL women - regardless of their background, experience or choices - to come together and share experiences, thoughts, feelings and insight about childbirth.
They aim to be a helpful part of your pregnancy; a warm and welcoming place to hear stories and ideas, to consider what you really want from your childbirth experience, to challenge any fears or negative expectations you might have, and to discuss any experiences you may have had - we can all learn from one another!
Positive Birth Groups aim to complement your existing ante-natal input but not to replace medical advice.
