NorPIP (the Northamptonshire Parent Infant Partnership) offers parent infant psychotherapy to parents and babies in the Northampton area and across Northamptonshire; we work from rooms in different Children’s Centres across the county. NorPIP can help parents who are expecting a baby - or already have a baby up to the age of 2 years. We help parents develop a good, secure relationship with their baby if there are problems.
Being a parent isn’t easy - it can be difficult and very stressful. Parents who are worried and experiencing these difficulties have found that talking can help and this is what NorPIP can offer.
If you are worried about the feelings you are having towards your baby, if you are finding it difficult to cope or if you want to build a more secure, loving attachment with your baby, NorPIP can help you with counselling and guidance - we offer a safe environment for you to discuss any difficulties you may be experiencing with your baby, with a therapist.
If you would like more information on NorPIP and the way we can help you, then you can visit our website: www.norpip.org.uk or call us on either 01604 924735 or on 07541 543261.
