MN Bath Meet Up - January 2013

Okay so the next meet up will be an evening one. I'm free evenings all week, nowadays, I have little energy or co-ordination for Zumba Grin.

The real questions are when and where? Weekday evenings or weekend evenings?

The last time I went out in Bath was a long time ago and really have no idea, I think ages and ages ago there was a meet up at the Lime Lounge, which I've heard is good.

I know some of you need to arrange childcare so please let me know what works best for you and will get something sorted.

Well I have no plans whatsoever yet for January (apart from probably being cold, and skint). But yes, I will need advance warning for babysitting. Smile

Marking my place. I'm easy really with arrangements just need notice and have never been to the Lime Lounge.

Hi,
I haven't been to a meet up before, is it ok to join?
What age group are you ladies in? I have 2 children but apart from work colleagues with children I don't know many others, even though I have lived in and around Bath forever! Starting to feel lonely!

'ere, can I come? We were going to go to Lime Lounge last September but the group became too large so we went to The Cork.

Otherwise there's the Cosy Club maybe?

Ooo the cosy club I could find that easily! Lime Lounge, I do know where it is. I think I used to go in the shop that was there before the Lime Lounge though. I hardly ever get out these days!

All welcome...

I'd love to come if thats ok? Cosy club has been reccommended by a few friends supposed to be quite laidback and relaxed.
No idea were the lime lounge is tho .....
For me personally a weekend would be better.

Happy new year everyone! Any ideas on dates yet? Tis my new year's resolution to be more sociable Grin

How about Saturday 26th January?

I think the Cosy Club is a great option. Those out of town can park in southgate from 6pm to midnight parking is just £2 and the cosy club is accessed by going to the top floor in the lift.

Could you let me have an idea of how many to expect and I'll reserve a table for us.

Morning Shiney. How many of us are there so far then? Do you think the thread has dropped off people's lists? It had from mine over Christmas - I had to remember to come and find you again.

I've heard from 6 people who think they can make it. I think it has slipped off the radar... will send a reminder on the meet-up thingy... if it'll let me... some of the buttons still don't work, but we'll get there :)

Looking forward to it - as long as my mum (babysitter) recovers from her 3-week illness!

I might be able to make this.

I am really sorry, but can't make it later. My little girl has come down with the pox. I haven't reserved a table as we were only expecting a few of us and they said they should be able to accommodate us no problem. You can either go ahead and still meet or we can rearrange for another week. Our Internet is down so Won't be able to check messages until it resumes.

Poor little one. Hope it isn't too much of an itchy one or a dangerous one for her.

Dudes on the thread is anyone else still going? Happy to rock on up but equally happy to postpone Grin Wine.

TeaGinCakeBliss · 26/01/2013 19:12

Erm. As there is tumbleweed drifting across the thread I will assume we're postponing. Ooooo. I hate not knowing what to do. I'm really sorry if I've let anyone down .

Sorry about that, just typical Internet goes down when I need to spread the message that little ones poorly. The itchyness kicked in and we had plenty of tears. Hmm

We can make another date in Feb if that's ok. Really wanted to get out.
