Estate agents in Winchester

Hi there

We are about to put our house on the market (just outside Winchester). We didn't have an amazing experience with estate agents when we bought 8 years ago so I wondered if anyone could recommend a good agent which they have had a good experience with. Doesn't necessarily have to be the cheapest, just the one that will do the best job selling the house!

Why not take a drive round your area first and see who has the 'Sold' boards up?
That will tell you who is selling or doing something right so that their properties are selling.
Have a look at properties on their books at present and see what the details and photos look like. Think how they may represent your home to potential buyers.
Then invite at least 2 round to value your property and see what they have to say for themselves.
It can be surprising that different agents will see different features as being selling points and have the eyes and ears to know what the current market is doing.
