Parent support Group for Autism

I'm new to this website and I need some help. My daughter has ASD and I am looking to attend a parent support group for Autism that takes place preferably at the weekend as both my husband and I work during the week.

Does anyone know a group that's already established in the Leigh or Warrington area( Lancashire)?
