3 day a week nanny needed SE5/SE22 borders

I have 13 month old twin girls and a 4 year old starting school in September and am looking for a nanny to work three days a week 8.30 to 6.30 pm. This is not a job for the faint hearted but very rewarding for those with a geniune love of working small children. Would really appreciate word of mouth recommendations as this always seems to be the best way to find someone good. Thanks Catherine
