Birthday Party ideas for a 4 yr old boy

Hello Ladies,
I would be ever so grateful for some ideas here...
What sort of things to do for a 4 yr old boy in and around St.Albans? It will be a good mix of both boys and girls in the group with ages ranging from 1-6.
We have done the soft-play party for his 3rd b'day and as though he enjoyed it thoroughly, we dont want to do it again this year.
I have tried to call up a few halls to see if they are free 1st week of sept, but looks like I am far too late.
All ideas will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

We've used the halls at Homewood Road and Tyttenhangar before and both were very nice. If you ring literally all the halls you may get a cancellation?

We've had parties run by Kool Kidz and they're lovely, they will do a theme or general entertainment and games. Again, they get booked up.

We've also been to quite a few football parties which are popular with boys and girls. You could try Adrian King Soccer Schools (Harpenden), we've been to a few parties at Redbourn sports centre.

Other than that you might find the age range is a bit tricky. My oldest two are now firmly in the range of only inviting a few friends to something special like the cinema or sports centre - it does make stuff easier!

Hi

If you go on to the local site www.hertfordshire.educationrecycle.net and go on notice board they have loads of things to do in St Albans for partys.

Good luck
