Yoga classes

If anyone is looking for a yoga class to join there is a great one in the Greenwich area called Yumi Yoga www.yumiyoga.co.uk/
I joined the pregnancy yoga and it was a very relaxing way to end the day, I also met some really lovely friends there who I met up with whilst on maternity and continue to spend time with now. Claire who runs the classes also does Mother and Baby yoga and baby yoga both of which have been great. I have got a lot out of these classes and so has my baby who is now 7 months old.
