Favourite beaches?!

Now it is finally proper beach weather, who likes where?
We are in the middle of Cornwall, so not sadly right on coast, but it does give us the opportunity to go to lots of different beaches.
We go to
PORTHCOTHAN - nearly always quieter than other beaches? Pros - Great rockpools, especially beautiful when tide right out. Cons - bit of a walk from car park.
HARLYN - for Sandhoppers baby surf lessons (running up and down the beach after toy ducks!)
CAERHAYS - stunning out of season, bit of a schlep to get to.
PORTSCATHO - love the Roseland, park by the Rosevine
DAYMER - too crowded and yah most of the time, but can't deny it is a beautiful beach and great to have north coast without waves for kids.
WATERGATE - love the Beach Hut and have just started going to the hotel itself, sitting on the terrace with a drink and letting kids play in playground.
WHITSAND, KINGSAND - where I grew up, still think the most beautiful part of Cornwall, but slightly biased! Too far from us now unless visiting family.
RINSEY - where my husband grew up. Again, too far from us now, although we go to visit family.
POLKERRIS - lovely walks for dogs -- Sam's on the Beach, what more can I say?

Praa Sands between Penzance and Helston. Lovely sandy beach, a couple of cafes and child friendly.

Yep, the Cove is brilliant at Praa Sands... do I mean the Cove? The one on the end with the glass screens protecting you from the wind and the aquarium for the kids to goggle at...
We now go to Tregirls beach a lot, gorgeous.
