The Priory pool is lovely (and warm!) and the changing rooms are really spacious so great with toddlers. I take my two swimming there at the weekends and it really is a fantastic pool for them. My kids don't have lessons there and I've only briefly seen one of the baby lessons but it looked fun and is certain popular.

Priory club and University both v.popular, the university is almost too popular. Checkout Orion swim club which has sessions around Edgbaston. Edgbaston High School also has swim lessons open to the public some afternoons. It might be worth your while contacting the other independent school in the area to see if they have similar sessions operating.

I take 5 y.o. DD to the Orion Swim Club at King Edwards school and it is fantastic. Slightly further afield, I hear very good things about the Lindnen Road instruction pool in Bournville.
