Settling down in the UK...

Is anyone living aboard for so long and your next move still isn't your motherland? Living in the middle east for almost 10 years and now we decided to move back to the uk and start the count from one again
It is really easy for my husband since he is from here,surrounding with his friends but for me who aren't not British,I felt so lonely and won't fit in.I won't mind with the weather as the middle east was't that pleasant anyway but it is so difficult to build up some friend when I'm not from here!!!

Is anyone got a same feeling or experience? How you get through all of this? Xxx
