No win No Fee - any experiences regarding employment issue?

Just wondered really.

For an employment tribunal.

DH thinking of this as can't get Legal Aid and can't afford to pay fees upfront, any compensation would be great (as owed £1,000) BUT for us it's more to do with moral victory/justice iykwim.

Tis tricky.
