My solicitor has called my exes employer today to ask them to investigate his email usage. She has been emailing his personal email address trying to resolve finances without going to court - she has to use email as he wont disclose his address and even insisted that the divorce papers were served at his work address. He works in local government and has been responding to her emails from his work email address. Within the emails are a load of false accusations which could seriously damage me if they were to be seen by my employer as he's making up allegations of financial abuse and I work in financial services. He's copied in a local county court to the latest email, one that's not even related in any way to our divorce, and copied in a local MP as well?! The police have warned him twice to stop harassing me with false claims that he isn't willing to make a statement about. My solicitor said today she's had enough of him and shes called the employer to tell them they need to remove any of my personal information from their database and take whatever action they see fit in relation to him using his work email. She said his accusations are defamatory and they could be implicated because of the use of their email. I'm wondering if anyone here knows about company policies about emails and whether he's going to be in trouble for this as that may just mean he takes it out on me again <img border="0" src="/emo/te/3.gif" alt="sad" data-emoticon="sad">
