Was last Friday. He got overnight midweek contact in an overcrowded and noisy house. I feel ok about this as it might do him and the children good. However he asked for weekend overnight contact once or twice a month which I agreed to however I made it clear several times to my solicitor who then made it clear to his barrister that this was instead of every Sunday. I kept on saying this as I was surprised he would agree to it. He also asked for only one bank holiday Monday which was to be MayDay. I again clarified this and the order was worded May Day (early May). On Sunday he rang my mum on holiday demanding to know where the children were! and then he started about Bank Holiday Monday! I feel I did everything I could to clarify all issues and he just did not listen, I guess he was just so pleased he got overnight contact. He is threatening to kill himself now! Says I cost him thousands of pounds for less contact than he was having previously. He started proceedings therefore the costs were his surely? He keeps texting my mum (she is on holiday and also has dementia so is in a real state) see her in Court. Will this never end? Anyway my real question is if he does take it back to Court will the Court give him every Sunday and overnight Saturday 6pm to Sunday 6pm?

Any help/comments gratefully received. I really did try to clarify it all as I knew this would happen.

It's impossible for anyone here to answer that question. Talk to your solicitor.

Can your mum not block him?

He sounds like hard work. Does he often threaten suicide? Has he ever attempted it?

The fact that he didn't understand the ruling is his / his barristers fault, not yours.
Your mum needs to block him, this has nothing to do with her.
He needs to speak to his solicitor, who will tell him whether it's worth him going back to court, unfortunately it might happen, but no-one on here can tell you the outcome of that.

Report his suicide threats to your solicitor. He isn't a balanced man capable of parenting at this time surely?
