Selling a house

I need to sell my house. We have no money and can't pay the mortgage. We will be moving in with family. Because I have no money, when do I pay all the necessary fees?
Is it after house is sold so I can use the profits after mortgage is paid off?
Is it during the process? In which case I'm in a catch 22 situation.

Your lawyer and estate agent will be paid after the sale from the proceeds.

They may require payment for some small elements of the work in advance: for example your lawyer will need to get copies of the land registry documents which they'll have to pay for, so they often ask for some money from you to cover that.

When you're choosing agents and lawyers be sure to ask for a breakdown of all costs and when they will be due.

Thank you, Cat.
That sounds like it might be doable.
